Manningham Housing Association (MHA) and Gas Tag have been nominated for the Best Digital Transformation at the Northern Housing Awards.

MHA came into existence in 1986, with two properties, to support the housing needs of Black and Asian communities and has grown to provide 1400 homes and houses for over 6000 residents. Previously MHA’s process was to manually collect and collate the certificates from several local contractors, which meant a lot of time was spent manually inputting LGSRs into a spreadsheet. Since using Gas Tag, the entire process from inspection to audit has been automated whilst MHA continue to use local contractors. This has delivered real visibility over the assets at each MHA property. Gas Tag also provides information around their asset condition, which makes it easier to target preventative maintenance activities, in turn improving service to tenants and saving time and money in responsive repairs.
