Issue Preferences

Following user feedback of the issues manager function, we’ve now added the ability for the user to tailor issue preferences. For example, if you didn’t want an issue to be created every time a poor condition appliance is flagged then you can switch that issue off.

Auditing Info Button

To enhance the auditing workflow and improve efficiency, there is now a button that provides more information on completed landlord gas safety records. The additional information panel contains further information around the job, the property and the engineer as demonstrated below.

 

Simply Assign Issues

Assigning users to issues has become even simpler, the list of users is now ordered alphabetically and can be filtered down by text input.

Other Tidbits:

• Anniversary date now appears on the Landlord Gas Safety Record
• Bonding not safe now creates an issue
