Introducing the latest version of the Gas Tag Portal
We are always looking to improve our products and introduce more functionality to our customers. The latest version of our Portal features a host of new and improved features that will support housing providers to manage their gas compliance process.
New cap maintenance widget
We’ve created a new ‘capped widget’ that appears on your Portal dashboard to give you a better overview of your capped properties. The widget allows you to easily manage these properties including void cap and occupied cap.
More ways to send documents
In Portal 2.2, users will be able to email documents to the tenant or an alternative email address directly from the property. We have also made it easier for users to check historical information regarding documents, including when and to which email a document has been sent or if it has been manually posted.
Reconcile jobs
We have introduced a reconcile button that will allow users to easily match a missed allocated job and completed job.
Expanding compliance types
We’re growing and developing new compliance types, such as Fire Door. You will now see these indicated throughout the portal.
You will also be able to book jobs for different compliance types via the dropdown menu.
Additional date information
We have expanded the amount of data visible. On the property list, users can now see the date the property was added to Gas Tag and the last time an LGSR was completed. This is in addition to the next service date and last job date which are both already available.
